POSTPONED
Marion's One Act production, "Furry Tails with a Twist," originally scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 5, is postponed due to actor injury and illness. A rescheduled date will be forthcoming. Stay tuned!
Regional One-Act competition may have come and gone, but the cast and crew would like to present their hilarious fairy tale romp, "Furry Tales With a Twist," to the community of Marion for an encore performance. This will take place in the Old Gym on Sunday, February 5th, at 5:30pm. The run time is only 35 minutes, so even with busy Sunday schedules, we hope to see as many community members as possible! Entrance will be a freewill donation that will help fund our program, as well as our upcoming April field trip.
(This information is subject to change if there is any any problematic overlap of Sunday evening activities. Parents and guardians of cast members, please feel free to email me with any concerns).
Reminder there is a full day of school scheduled for tomorrow (Friday, January 27th). This is a make up snow day. Buses and breakfast will run normal. Thank you

Dear Parent/Guardian:
In September of this school year the Marion School District started a new afterschool program for students in grades K – 5. The program operates on regular school days until 5:30 PM. It does not operate on early release days.
The program was started based on feedback from a parent survey in August in which approximately 25 parents indicated they were in favor of an afterschool program. However, as of December 15, 2022 there are just six students enrolled in the program. If the program is to continue, we must increase attendance. Please follow the link to take the survey.
